* Top-up credits and bonus credits are non-refundable but can be used for any future purchase, including new arrival items.
* Bonus credits have no expiry date, unless stated otherwise during special events.
3. Birthday Voucher:
* Birthday vouchers are issued automatically during your birthday month.
* They are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used on all regular and new arrival items.
4. Points & Rewards:
* Members earn 1 point for every RM1 spent (after discounts).
* Points are redeemable for future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Free Shipping Policy:
* Gentle Members: Free delivery for orders above RM200.
* Grace Members: Free delivery for orders RM200 & above.
* Applicable only within Malaysia.
6. Membership Tiers:
* Yu Han Studio reserves the right to review, adjust, or upgrade tier benefits with prior notice.
* Members may be upgraded based on total spending and loyalty status.
7. Promotion Usage:
* Multiple promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
* Some limited or exclusive items may not be eligible for discounts or vouchers.
